This role will serve as a strategic learning partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and talent partners, conducting thorough training needs assessments, addressing upskilling requirements, and closing skill gaps through innovative and effective learning programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced expertise in instructional design, program delivery, and the measurement of learning outcomes. They must be a champion for learning at Constellation, share a deep passion for developing employees for what’s next, and advocate for building a high-performing workforce.
