About The Position

Duties: 1. Workshop Operation Monitoring: 1) Directly responsible to the Senior Technical Supervisor for daily reporting of key workshop performance indicators, including production volume, quality yield, equipment uptime, and labor utilization. 2) Enforced strict compliance with company regulations, plant safety protocols, and workshop labor discipline. 3) Provided real-time data feedback to support executive decision-making and continuous operational transparency. 4) Managed end-to-end quality control processes and cost structures within the workshop. 5) Monitored output quality, ensured adherence to defined specifications, and minimized waste. 6) Championed the enforcement of 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all workshop areas. 2. Furnace & Station Supervision: 1) Oversaw all operational activities across multiple furnace stations, ensuring standardized procedures were followed and safety risks mitigated. 2) Conducted regular inspections of work quality, process execution, and employee compliance with the "three major operating instructions" (standard process, safety, and quality rules). 3) Provided on-site support and immediate correction for deviations or inefficiencies. 3. Statistical Analysis and Process Optimization: 1) Led root cause analysis and data-driven investigations for abnormalities in production indicators such as cycle time deviation, scrap rate spikes, or output shortfalls. 2) Used statistical tools to develop countermeasures, monitored KPIs post-implementation, and ensured long-term resolution. 4. Problem Solving and Technical Troubleshooting 1) Organized and led structured problem-solving sessions for recurring production and equipment issues. 2) Worked with engineering and maintenance teams to conduct technical diagnostics, evaluate failure modes, and implement sustainable solutions. 3) Maintained a tracking system for improvement projects and reported resolution effectiveness back to plant leadership. 4) Conducted safety walkthroughs, addressed potential hazards, and ensured that emergency response protocols were in place. 5. Cross-Department Coordination & Training: 1) Ensured workshop data integrity, aligned labor hours with financial records, and enabled timely and accurate reporting through cross-functional collaboration. 2) Designed and implemented structured training programs for new hires, internal transfers, and existing staff for skill expansion. 3) Created and maintained skill matrices, supported multi-post training plans, and tracked development progress through periodic evaluations.   Requirements: Associates’ degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Numerical Control Technology or related field or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience as a Senior Printing Technician or Printing Supervisor with bystronic equipment and screen printing technology experience and experience in each of the following: 1. Proficient in operating Bystronic equipment, including cutting, edge breaking, edge grinding, and drilling. 2. Skilled in screen printing processes, with expertise in ink and silver paste formulation. 3. Experienced in the development and debugging of Bystronic side window projects, capable of independently launching projects. 4. Competent in adjusting and modifying Bystronic project programs, including key equipment parameters and graphic design optimization.  5. Knowledgeable in the operation of Bystronic and screen-printing equipment, with strong troubleshooting skills and solid experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices. Requirements
