About The Position

14475 - Technical Trainer (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non‑negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. : Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience with developing instructor-led and computer-based training (3+ years); Experience with writing technical instructions; Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 (3+ years); Preferred : Experience with knowledge base software; Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud; Bachelor’s degree or certification in Instructional Design or other related field Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Develop and revise instructor-led and computer-based training using adult learning principles; Create and maintain work instructions and user guides supporting operational processes; Analyze system and procedural changes to update training and instructional materials; Coordinate reviews, approvals, and publishing of instructional content with stakeholders; Gather and synthesize information from SMEs and source materials to develop clear training content; Design measurable learning objectives, course interactions, and aligned assessments; Provide quality assurance, project coordination, and communication for training initiatives; Why apply?
