In this position...

This is a critical leadership role within the Global Product Development System
(GPDS) organization. As the GPDS Technology & Innovation Integration Process
Manager, you will serve as the expert ensuring that new technologies and
innovations are matured and integrated seamlessly into our global product
portfolio. In addition, you will be an integral process strategist for GPDS 4.0,
providing transformational process thought, while leading operationalization of
the GPDS 4.0 strategy.

This role requires a blend of technical and process expertise, strategic
transformation leadership, and the ability to work in ambiguity while creating a
vision that can be operationalized.
