Sell or print tickets for shows and make dinner reservations for packages. Sell tickets to other shows using Ticketmaster. Make sure all guests have a positive experience while attending our show. Responsibilities Sell show/dinner tickets, print reservations and assist supervisor in loading shows Make sure all problems are solved in a quick and professional manner Ensure the safety of all guests Assist in the direction of guests to various locations and aid casino personnel with VIP guests Deal with challenging situations Keep track of supplies, selling and restocking retail, tracking daily sales of tickets, restaurants, retail, Silver Legacy and Ticketmaster, checking group information and booking reservations Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service, observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests Must possess computer knowledge, ticketing knowledge and good English communication skills Must have the ability to deal with customers daily Must be self-motivated Must be able to handle money Must have good phone skills Ability to deal with stressful situations Ability to stand for long periods of time Must have the ability to use logical deduction to solve problems Must be friendly, outgoing, professional and a good communicator High School diploma or equivalent ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Hectic Box Office and Information Desk Non-smoking showroom Work may be performed in an area, which may be unusually noisy and crowded Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high Normal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity Work area is subject to variable temperatures May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
