About The Position

The Tool Technician I follows the SOP procedures outlined by Sika Automotive. Repair, modify and maintain tools to conform to CAD tool layout drawings.
Maintain current tools through cleaning and repairing
Process proper documentation to order re-rule and replacement/additional tooling.
Install new rule
Labeling of tools to specifications
Test new tools for conformity to CAD drawing & specifications
Cleans work area, tools, and equipment
Performs other duties as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 Year Manufacturing experience
• Mathematical skills, basic quality knowledge, basic computer skills, basic print reading, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
