The Total Rewards Analyst works with the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and HR Systems to oversee Seaspan’s compensation, performance management, and benefits programs. The primary focus of this role is on delivering total rewards programs and being the subject matter expert in compensation, benefits and performance management related programs. The Senior Analyst participates in the improvement and evolution of Seaspan’s HR Systems, Data and Analytics to support corporate HR initiatives and the needs of the Company. This role will be integral in the oversight and guidance of the data and analytical work done in support of. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing relationships with the business and vendors who provide compensation and benefits services to Seaspan.
