The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that drive operational accuracy, safety, and efficiency within a high-volume warehouse environment supporting e-commerce and B2B customers. This role owns the full training lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing skill development, and serves as the primary steward of operational SOPs. The Training Coordinator partners with Operations leadership to reduce preventable errors, minimize rework, reinforce standard work, and embed quality expectations into daily behaviors, onboarding, and coaching in alignment with the Monoprice Quality Programs.
