As part of our travel team, you will communicate with clients, suppliers, and fellow team members to deliver best-in-class service to our members. Selecting relevant accommodation and transportation options and ensuring every detail is checked to provide a smooth and stress-free travel experience while creating memories for our clients that will last a lifetime.

Requirements

• Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Shifts can start as early as 7am and may go as late as 10pm. Expect to work one weekend day per week
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year experience coordinating travel

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• 2+ years experience at a travel agency
• 1+ year of Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools experience

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in booking travel, ranging from commercial flights to hotels, to vacation homes and car rentals
• Use Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers
• Working with suppliers around the world to ensure our clients are receiving the best rates, perks, and service in the market
