The Treasury Management Customer Experience Specialist II within the Commercial Card team plays a pivotal client-facing role supporting commercial clients, sales partners, and technical contacts. This role owns end to end implementation, onboarding, technical training, and ongoing service for Commercial Card programs and integrated payments solutions. The Specialist provides high level servicing and research support for Commercial Card and integrated payables products, prioritizes and resolves complex issues, and drives timely execution of project milestones through disciplined implementation management. Strong working knowledge of virtual cards, supplier payments, AP automation, and vendor portal configuration is essential.
