Treasury Management Support Specialist performs several roles as cross training occurs which includes Documentation, Digital support, Implementation and Phones/Email support. This role begins with the foundation of Documentation which includes outbound calls to confirm and gather necessary information for online banking maintenance requests and prepares required documentation. Over time, this individual will also provide technical support to our business clients for a multitude of products via Business Online Banking, Positive Pay, ACH, Lockbox and Remote Deposit Capture Systems. Work is done in a team environment and is varied in nature. Individual must have strong knowledge of bank and treasury products, capability to solve issues or find solutions, technical knowledge with the ability to provide accurate documentation while achieving the highest level of quality service.
