About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership position that blends clinical excellence with team development. As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will: · Lead by example on the floor, supporting patient care and workflow · Mentor and develop technicians and assistants · Partner closely with DVMs and hospital leadership · Help drive consistency in medical standards, protocols, and communication · Ensure a high level of efficiency, accountability, and team engagement You will play a key role in bridging medicine, operations, and team culture. Requirements

• 5 years or more of veterinary technician experience
• Strong technical skills across anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics
• Confidence in coaching, feedback, and team development
• Excellent communication and client education skills
• Ability to stay organized and lead in a fast-paced environment
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on client service and patient care
• Knowledge of animal handling, common veterinary drugs, and clinical procedures
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism
• High school diploma (required)
• 5 years of veterinary technician experience (required)

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required
• Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT/LVT/RVT)
• Degree in veterinary technology or related field
• Degree in veterinary or related field (preferred)
• Veterinary Technician Certification (preferred)
