Responsibilities: Lead & Inspire – Oversee and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strategic Growth – Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, deepen client relationships, pricing strategies and achieve ambitious revenue targets. Business Development – Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the medical device contract manufacturing space, including OEM partnerships. Client Relationship Management – Build strong, long-term partnerships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Market Intelligence – Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to deliver tailored solutions and seamless project execution. Performance Management – Establish and track KPIs, sales forecasts, and budgets to ensure consistent growth and profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the medical device manufacturing or contract manufacturing industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets. Strong network of decision-makers in medical device OEMs and related industries. Experience with the following technologies plastics and silicone injection molding, plastics and silicone extrusion, hypo tubing, complex catheters, pharmaceuticals, drug coating technologies, minimally invasive devices and life science applications. Knowledge of Salesforce.com and other CRM’s. In-depth understanding of FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements in medical device manufacturing. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%. Preferred Qualifications MBA or life science related advanced degree, or the educational equivalent Existing relationships with OEMs in the disposable medical device or catheter industries.
