Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing, multimedia production, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
  • Demonstrated experience creating motion graphics and animated visual elements
  • Experience with multicamera editing workflows (podcasts, interviews, webinars)
  • Working knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and sound design
  • Experience with motion tracking, green screen compositing, and basic visual effects
  • Understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and export workflows
  • Experience producing content for YouTube and social media platforms
  • Strong storytelling instincts with a focus on pacing and audience engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Mocha for After Effects or advanced tracking tools
  • Experience working with 10-bit or log footage and advanced color grading workflows
  • Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and Fusion
  • Experience with on-location videography or capturing original footage
  • Experience with UI animation or software product visualization
  • Background in B2B or SaaS marketing content
  • Interest in aviation or experience working with aviation-related content

Responsibilities

  • Edit high-quality video content including YouTube videos, product tutorials, webinars, video podcasts, and brand marketing materials
  • Shape compelling narratives through pacing, storytelling, and strong visual flow
  • Execute multicamera editing for podcasts, interviews, and recorded sessions
  • Perform color correction, audio balancing, and basic sound design for professional-quality output
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and visual elements that enhance storytelling and product clarity
  • Develop animated explainers, title sequences, transitions, and on-screen graphics
  • Produce advanced visual effects including motion tracking, screen replacements, UI animations, and compositing
  • Translate complex aviation and technical concepts into clear, engaging video content
  • Create short-form video optimized for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams on concepting and execution
  • Participate in brainstorming, storyboarding, and creative planning sessions
  • Manage project files, media assets, and workflows to ensure efficient and organized production processes
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative consistency and quality
