We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities. JOB SUMMARY Provide project management, data analysis, reporting and support for volunteer services, workforce development, guest services, and language interpretation services. Responsible for the onboarding and scheduling for 100+ volunteers at both acute hospital and satellite locations. Supervise volunteers and Junior Volunteer Coordinator in conjunction with manager.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Health Services, Human Services or similar field.
- 3 years in a business office or other facility with strong customer service capacity
- Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information.
- Basic computer skills (including opening/reading email and basic internet use).
- Basic computer knowledge to enter/retrieve data.
- Accurate grammar, spelling and punctuation skills necessary.
- Ability to prioritize daily work assignments.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
