The Vice President, UGG North America eCommerce is responsible for setting the long-term digital commerce vision, driving innovation, and leading the full P&L for UGG’s eCommerce business across the region. This executive role ensures UGG delivers a premium, inspiring, and high-performing digital ecosystem that reflects the brand’s global leadership, while accelerating growth, profitability, and consumer lifetime value. This leader is accountable for defining the strategic roadmap for UGG.com, delivering best-in-class consumer journeys, optimizing digital operations, and elevating the brand’s digital presence in North America. The VP partners closely with Global Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and DTC Technology to shape the future of UGG’s digital experiences while ensuring alignment with global brand and commercial strategies. The VP, UGG NA eCommerce serves as the regional executive lead for major global digital initiatives - including UGG.COM- ensuring consistent execution, consumer-centric enhancements, and global/regional orchestration. This leader brings a history of driving enterprise-level digital growth, developing diverse, high-performing teams, translating insights into clear strategy, and elevating operational execution across a dynamic omnichannel marketplace. Success will be measured by commercial performance, consumer experience outcomes, enterprise collaboration, leadership impact, and the ability to champion Deckers’ values and leadership behaviors at scale.
