About The Position

This role will support the sales team by maintaining and repairing equipment for customers, running trial s, monitoring inventory levels , and assisting in application of chemical products and equipment in various industrial and commercial settings (primarily water treatment) . A successful candidate will communicate effectively and be able to use data to make informe d decisions. This ro le will require work outside of standard working hou rs as needed. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to es tablish t reatment programs, collect and interpret performance data, and make informed, data-driven adjustments to improve system outcomes. St rong communication s kills are essential, as this role serves as a key link between operations, customers, and the technical and commercial teams. This position requires flexibility, as work may occur outside of standard business hours depending on project and customer needs. Travel is a significant component of the role, estimated at 50–7 0 %.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of technical experience in waste wate r treatment
  • 5 + years experience with plumbing and electrical, general mechanical skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work outside of standard operating hours as needed; travel 50- 90 %, company car provided
  • Incumbent is subject to a background check.
  • Local State Driver’s license and proof of insurance required by the time of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out the day-to-day service program as outlined by the Sales team . This includes anything from heavy industrial customers to pool & spa busines s
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, pumps, feed systems, controls, and related components
  • Support installation and startup of treatment equipment and chemical feed systems in heavy industrial environments
  • Collect, record, and analyze operational and performance data from pilot and full-scale systems
  • Use data to make informed, real-time adjustments to chemical programs and system operation to optimize performance
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining customer accounts for Cesco
  • Provide field support to Sales and Technical teams during trials, evaluations, and ongoing programs
  • Document system performance, service activities, and site conditions through service reports and internal communication
  • Ensure equipment and site work are completed safely and in compliance with customer and company safety standards
