Responsibilities

Organize & coordinate daily schedules based on call priority & technician ability
Dispatch & Debrief Technicians
Monitor performance of Service Technicians
Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner
Understand sales goals & hold team accountable
Ensuring the right technician is scheduled on the right service
Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information
