Position Overview: As a Workforce Consultant, you’ll make a direct and meaningful impact by helping individuals unlock their career potential and connect with opportunity. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with job seekers to create personalized employment plans, deliver one-on-one coaching, and guide skill development that leads to real results. You’ll also build strong relationships with local employers, lead engaging workshops, and share valuable labor market insights while acting as the vital link between a motivated workforce and the businesses that need their talents. What's In It For You: As you create and implement personalized job search plans, you’ll refine your ability to assess strengths, identify barriers, and design clear, actionable career pathways. Through ongoing case management and one-on-one counseling, you’ll sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills while learning to navigate community resources and workforce programs effectively. By coordinating and tracking client activities and outcomes, you’ll build strong analytical skills and learn to use data to guide decisions.
