Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workforce Development Trainer to lead trainings and professional development of Career Services staff. The Trainer will design and deliver programs aimed at equipping our team with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to support job seekers in navigating the workforce. This role focuses on empowering career services professionals to enhance their coaching, job placement, and career guidance capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workforce development practices, adult education techniques, and the evolving demands of the job market. The Trainer will work closely with Career Coaches, Business Service Staff, and other team members to ensure they are fully prepared to offer top-tier career services, including resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Additionally, the Trainer will collaborate with external partners and employers to align training content with industry needs, ensuring that our services remain relevant and effective in helping clients achieve their career goals.
