About The Position
Duncan Family Farms is a nationally recognized leader in certified-organic agriculture, growing thousands of acres of produce that are distributed across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. From spinach and kale to spring mix and fresh herbs, our mission is simple: produce clean, healthy, life-giving food. We’re looking for a Workforce Outreach Assistant to support our HR team by helping recruit and organize applicants for our agricultural workforce. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping connect people with job opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
- Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks
Nice To Haves
- Interest in Human Resources, agriculture, or business preferred
Responsibilities
- Review and track job applications in our Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation
- Monitor recruitment email inbox and candidate submissions
- Help promote job openings on Indeed, social media, and community job boards
- Assist with hiring events and recruitment outreach
- Support HR with compliance documentation and recruitment reports
