Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, preferred expense with Photoshop and After Effects
• Comfort making quick, confident editing decisions while prioritizing clarity, pacing, and accuracy on tight timelines
• Ability to create clean, bold graphics that drive click-through and viewer understanding
• Experience shooting or assisting with photo and/or video (DSLR, mirrorless, or basic studio setups)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, coachable, and able to iterate quickly based on feedback
• Interest in finance and the stock market
• Must live within 75 miles of Sioux Falls, SD

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-studio shoots and live shows, including setup, camera operation, and general production support
• Understand and effectively use production technology and equipment, proactively diagnosing and resolving common technical issues
• Design compelling, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails optimized for clarity, storytelling, and performance
• Support fast-turnaround editing for long-form and short-form YouTube content under tight deadlines
• Coordinate guest and interview logistics, including tracking outreach, scheduling details, links, and shared assets
• Research trending stock market news and high-performing YouTube finance content
• Upload and publish content to YouTube and assist with distribution across social media platforms
• Collaborate with YouTube and content teams on ideation, headlines, thumbnails, and editing decisions to improve performance
• Participate in team meetings related to production planning, content performance, and workflow improvement
