This isn't a typical sales role - we are a one car, one price store, so the traditional back and forth of price negotiations is not involved. As a Customer Experience Intern, you would primarily be responsible for ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for each and every one of our customers by understanding their needs and budget, matching their needs to a new or pre-owned vehicle, and guiding them along the purchase process through vehicle delivery. Requirements

  • Performance-minded, self-motivated individuals with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Courteous and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player who is focused on providing top-notch customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
  • Minimum 1-2 years in customer-facing retail, sales, hospitality, or similar roles
  • Four-year Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or similar fields welcomed but not required
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance to understand their needs and present various vehicle options
  • Maintain knowledge on current product offerings to adequately educate and guide customers through vehicle purchases
  • Accompany customers on test drives to demonstrate vehicle features
  • Complete vehicle delivery and serve as point of contact following purchase
  • Uphold excellent customer service standard throughout shopping, purchase, and ownership processes
