About the Team You will lead a team covering both North and South Americas and based in multiple countries, generating interest with qualified prospects using outbound and inbound tactics by positioning Fireblocks as the leader in the industry. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director Global BDR and sits in our New York office on a hybrid schedule 2-3 days a week. As a manager, your job is to: Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training to the BDR team Lead a team of BDRs to create qualified opportunities for the sales team and achieve pipeline goals to ensure success for sales Take on operational and administrative tasks to help the BDR team execute properly and overachieve targets

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of people management experience in sales or marketing
  • Experience in sales operations and/or marketing
  • Understanding of crypto and/or financial sector preferred
  • Background in Fintech or payments highly preferred
  • Proven cross-functional experience

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee business development efforts in our offices in New York City and São Paulo
  • Develop regional strategies for each customer segment for new business development
  • Train members of the BDR team to identify, qualify, and create opportunities
  • Continue to improve performance of the BDR team by maximizing their capacities
  • Optimize processes and provide ongoing coaching and enablement for each team member
  • Provide customized copy for email templates for both outbound and inbound strategies
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure leads are being thoroughly qualified and a proper feedback loop is established
  • Liaise between regional Sales and BDR teams to ensure quality leads are being passed over and opportunities are being converted
