About The Position

Club Cafe at The Resort at Hansen Park is seeking a Cafe Supervisor to help lead daily Cafe operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. We are looking for someone with restaurant or Cafe leadership experience who thrives in a team environment and enjoys delivering great service.

Requirements

• Experience working in both Front of House and Back of House restaurant or Cafe operations required
• Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Valid drivers license required

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily Cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, service flow, and staff coordination.
• Supervise team members during shifts while reinforcing service standards, operational procedures, and a positive team environment.
• Provide excellent guest service and address guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Assist both Front of House and Back of House operations as needed while maintaining food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards.
• Support inventory monitoring, product organization, and compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
