Position Summary The CBO Team Lead is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to assisting a Central Business Office (CBO) Supervisor and CBO Manager/Director in revenue life cycle management. The Details Perform lead duties in CBO areas, such as Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, and Billing Train colleagues on policies and procedures. Provide orientation for new colleagues. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Customarily has at least two or more years of accounts receivable and medical billing experience

Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism
The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
Effective customer service and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under tight time schedule as well as handle and prioritize tasks

Ability to assist peers

Nice To Haves

Some college or specialty training in revenue cycle or equivalent job relevant experience preferred
