About The Position

The Summer Claims Intern role exists to support the Claims team with file reviews, documentation, data gathering, and operational tasks that improve accuracy, efficiency, and service quality. Interns gain exposure to core claims processes, systems, and special products such as AI assisted tools and SmartComm, while freeing experienced adjusters to focus on higher complexity work. The current structure remains appropriate for future needs, though continued evolution toward project-based work, workflow analytics, and increased use of AI and SmartComm capabilities can further enhance the internship’s value and better align it with our modern claims environment. Work Arrangement: Employees who live within 30 miles of the TMG home office are expected to follow a hybrid or in-office schedule. The initial training period may require additional in‑office days.
