Purpose of Role The Client Services Intern supports the management and growth of client relationships by ensuring accurate, timely, and high‑quality delivery of services. The role is responsible for assisting with the execution of client transactions and deliverables, conducting research to prepare market insights for presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery. In addition, this role helps develop and maintain client documentation and reports, responds to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, and contributes to process‑improvement and client‑experience initiatives that strengthen overall relationship management.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree. in accounting, business administration, finance, or mathematics is preferred but economics and information technology systems / technology are accepted.
  • Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Support the execution of client transactions and deliverables.
  • Conduct research and prepare market insights for client presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Help develop and update client documentation and reports.
  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Contribute to process improvements and client experience initiatives.

  • To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.

  • To provide input to risk management processes, as required.
