Corporate Real Estate Associate
About The Position
We are looking for an associate with between four to six years of law firm transactional experience to join our Corporate Real Estate team in NY. Real estate joint venture experience is essential, whether obtained as part of a CRE/RE, M&A or private investment funds practice, and some experience with sale/purchase transactions for real estate portfolios would be ideal. The Firm pays market salaries to our attorneys. As such, below is the current associate base salary scale: 1st year: $225,000 2nd year: $235,000 3rd year: $260,000 4th year: $310,000 5th year: $365,000 6th year: $390,000 7th year: $420,000 8th year: $435,000 The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
