We are currently seeking a Curriculum Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design and develop engaging and effective educational content tailored to our unique training programs. This role will contribute significantly to our interactive training platform, which provides hands-on experiences and mentorship from industry leaders at renowned organizations such as AT&T, Verizon, and Microsoft Azure. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, ideally in technology education or related fields.
• Strong understanding of current technology trends and concepts in Wireless Telecommunications, Cloud Computing, Networking, DevOps, and Security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable way.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools to create engaging learning materials.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate learner needs and curriculum effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze the latest trends in technology fields including Wireless Telecommunications, Cloud Computing, Networking, DevOps, and Security to inform curriculum development.
• Develop and design engaging curriculum materials such as course outlines, learning objectives, assessments, and hands-on lab exercises.
• Collaborate with industry experts to incorporate real-world applications and case studies into educational content.
• Evaluate and update existing curriculum to ensure it meets current industry standards and learner needs.
• Create instructional materials that cater to various learning styles and promote an interactive learning environment.
• Work closely with instructors to provide support and gather feedback on course effectiveness and student engagement.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and make adjustments based on learner performance and feedback.
