Requirements

10+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or military training
5+ years of experience with the military fires process, including Field Artillery, Naval Surface Fire Support, or Joint Fires
Experience with instructional design models, such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE)
Experience creating a variety of instructional materials, including lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical exercises
Experience working with military doctrine to inform curriculum
Knowledge of training and readiness standards
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Military Instructor or Master Training Specialist
Experience developing content for simulated or virtual training environments
Knowledge of joint fires doctrine, including JP 3-09 and service-specific fires manuals
Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
