About The Position

We are seeking an EMR Integration Coordinator with HL7 experience to support healthcare data integrations between electronic medical record systems and clinical platforms. This role works closely with an EMR Integration Developer , supporting HL7 interfaces, EMR workflows, and healthcare interoperability projects . It is an excellent opportunity for someone with healthcare IT or interface experience who wants to grow deeper into EMR integrations and healthcare interoperability.

Requirements

• Hands on HL7 experience required , including familiarity with: ADT ORM ORU SIU
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable working with developers, engineers, and healthcare clients

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for EMR and HL7 integration questions and escalations
• Coordinate meetings between clients, developers, and internal support teams
• Track integration tasks, timelines, and follow up items
• Document integration requirements, system updates, and technical issues
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and healthcare clients
• Shadow the EMR Integration Developer to learn system architecture and integration workflows
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining HL7 interfaces and EMR integrations
• Participate in troubleshooting integration issues and root cause analysis
• Review logs and validate HL7 messages including ADT, ORM, ORU, and SIU
• Assist with testing and validating data flows across systems
• Support documentation and improvements to integration processes
