We’re now seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our CEO — a pivotal role at the heart of our organization. This is not your typical EA role. You’ll serve as the strategic right hand to the CEO, managing complex schedules, high-level communications, and confidential matters with discretion and finesse. In this role, the Executive Assistant acts as a trusted operational partner to the CEO — helping translate priorities into action, anticipating needs, and ensuring communication and materials are organized and executed at the highest level. The ideal candidate thrives in close partnership with a fast-moving executive, exercises strong judgment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in keeping priorities, communication, and execution aligned across the organization. This is an in-office role that works closely with the CEO and leadership team on a daily basis.
