About The Position

Midwest Center for Youth & Families offers specialized residential treatment for children and adolescents with complex mental illnesses. We serve males 12–18 and females 10–18. We work hard to continually improve our treatment and program outcomes for youth and families. We are currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant who can work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (40 hours/week). What do our current staff value at the Midwest Center for Youth and Families & UHS? Requirements

  • Associates degree with an emphasis in Business Administration and/or 3-5 years of equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of one year payroll experience required. Lawson preferred.
  • Minimum of one year credentialing experience required.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • The Executive Assistant reports to the CEO and provides payroll, physician billing, A/P and reception back-up.
  • Maintains county, clinical, insurance contracts, credentialing, meeting minutes and other administrative tasks.
