We're looking for an HR Manager to build our HR function from scratch. You'll own recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance management, and compliance as we scale from approximately 20 people to 50+ over the next year. This is a foundational role where you'll have significant impact on company culture and how we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. You'll work directly with the CEO to shape our people strategy and build the infrastructure that supports rapid, sustainable growth in a mission-critical healthcare environment.
