This position is for an HR & Payroll Specialist whose responsibility is to support a range of HR initiatives as it relates to benefits and payroll. Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies. Provides support to employees regarding HR related inquiries. Manages FMLA and other leave types or issues. Coordinates benefits administration, including but not limited to education, enrollment and claims issues. Responsible for coordinating bi-weekly. Works cross-functionally, serving as a back up to recruitment and employment functions. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
