The HR Shared Services Specialist accepts and directs incoming phone calls. This position responds to basic inquiries by referring to the Knowledge Base and SOP’s according to department’s process standards. The role resolves routine to moderately complex issues and will be responsible for processing transactional work in an accurate and timely manner. The HR Shared Services Specialist influences team members by directing them to the Knowledge Base and providing them with instructions on how to complete tasks independently.
