About The Position

Under the direction of the Manager of Operations & Strategic Accounts, the Implementation Manager leads new client implementations and business requests using a structured project management and business analysis approach. This role serves as the primary client-facing lead, responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and driving solutions that meet business needs efficiently and effectively. The Implementation Manager partners closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of implementations and projects while maintaining a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role is required.
  • Prior project management experience is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and experience with Salesforce, is needed.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to analyze and present data effectively to various audiences.
  • Professional demeanor with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact for all implementations, projects, and select issue resolution activities.
  • Lead end-to-end client implementations and project requests, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed implementation project plans, trackers, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate and lead client and internal meetings, conference calls, and working sessions driving decisions and outcomes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements using appropriate business analysis techniques.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for internal technical and operational teams.
  • Identify, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders at appropriate levels to deliver effective, holistic solutions.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish stated requests from underlying business needs.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide recommendations to support successful project delivery.
  • Manage multiple implementations and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Work independently within established guidelines while demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Participate in continuous learning, including cross-training across disciplines, as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
