Job Description The Implementation Team Manager participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Proven people leader with experience coaching, developing, and motivating implementation or project teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes while fostering accountability and engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and change while supporting team growth and performance excellence
  • Client and user advocate who consistently champions the customer perspective throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business needs, product capabilities, and long‑term client success. Comfortable navigating nuanced client requirements and guiding them toward optimal outcomes.
  • Strong partnership mindset with Sales and Relationship teams , with a clear understanding of sales motions, client expectations, and revenue objectives. Able to translate sales commitments into executable implementation plans while proactively managing scope, risk, and client expectations.
  • Results‑driven and goal‑oriented , with a track record of striving to exceed performance metrics related to implementation timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Comfortable owning outcomes and driving continuous improvement across people, process, and delivery.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer , able to engage effectively with frontline teams, senior leaders, sales partners, and clients. Skilled at simplifying complex concepts and building trust across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
