About The Position

The IT Business Analyst, Digital Consumer Experience partners with the Digital
Consumer Experience Product Manager to translate business strategy into
executable digital requirements across Trex’s enterprise ecosystem (CMS,
eCommerce, PIM, CRM, DAM, and related integrations).

This role plays a critical part in driving clarity across complex,
cross-platform initiatives by leading discovery sessions, documenting end-to-end
requirements, mapping business processes and data flows, and ensuring delivered
solutions align to business outcomes and technical feasibility. This is not a
ticket writer role. This is a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of
business strategy, customer experience, and technical architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of Business Analysis experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting digital / ecommerce / enterprise platforms
• Experience with one or more CMS, eCommerce, PIM, CRM, DAM, platforms
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, checkout flows, and cross-platform dependencies
• Experience writing functional design documentation and supporting technical solution reviews
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills

Nice To Haves

• AEM, Adobe Commerce, Salsify, Salesforce experience preferred
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery and requirements workshops across Marketing, Digital, Retail, IT, and Product teams
• Translate business objectives into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements
• Decompose large initiatives into initiatives into epics, user stories, functional specifications, and configuration documentation
• Map current- and future-state workflows, system integrations, and data flows
• Document business processes, architecture impacts, and cross-system dependencies
• Identify risks, assumptions, compliance considerations, and system constraints early in the project lifecycle
• Partner with Developers, Architects, and UI/UX designer during design reviews, solution validation, and system implementations
• Support QA and UAT by ensuring traceability between requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Perform data validation, reconciliation testing, and support release readiness activities
• Identify and document process improvements and scalability opportunities
• Evaluate solution usability, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Research emerging technologies and recommend enhancements aligned to product strategy
• Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, functional design documents, process flows, decision logs, and training materials
• Support change management through demos, training sessions, stakeholder communications, and go-live support
• Track initiative progress, manage delivery planning, and provide visibility into risks, scope changes, and performance metrics
