Position Overview The IT Operations & Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily service operations, financial administration, and technology asset management. This position ensures technicians are scheduled efficiently, tickets are managed accurately, vendors are coordinated properly, and systems remain organized and compliant. This role requires someone who embodies Merrell Bros.’ commitment to excellence, operates with integrity, demonstrates stewardship of company resources, works hard to improve processes, and delivers intentional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT coordination, service administration, operations, or related environment.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft 365, financial tracking, or inventory systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage dispatch, incoming service calls, and ticket workflow to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Verify ticket completion for quality control and billing readiness.
  • Coordinate on-call rotations and submit related compensation and mileage documentation.
  • Process invoicing, accounts payable, procurement, and renewals tracking.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and support financial reporting needs.
  • Assist with vendor transitions, subscription management, and service platform administration.
  • Conduct user and device audits to ensure alignment between assets, licensing, and billing.
  • Manage inventory counts, pricing updates, minimum stock levels, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Process Improvement & Accountability
  • Establish and refine tracking systems for renewals, inventory, and operational workflows.
  • Lead documentation cleanup and organizational initiatives.
  • Research and support automation tools that improve efficiency and accuracy.
