About The Position

The VEGA Americas co-op program is designed to give students real-world, hands-on experiences. This paid position allows students to use the knowledge they’ve learned in the classroom and apply it to everyday workplace scenarios. Co-ops are full members of their department with daily responsibilities, and graduates who complete the program will obtain new skills they can use in their careers. Requirements

• Undergraduate student in good standing in a two or four-year degree program, sophomore standing or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, organizational, and general research support to the Legal and Risk Management functions.
• Draft, develop, and maintain internal policy and process documents
• Support contract administration, review, and compliance documentation under the direction and supervision of the In-House Attorney
• Assist vendor compliance program benchmarking, tracking, and reporting (Improve EcoVadis score 2026/2027)
• Collaborate with the Safety Manager on Certificate Management and related vendor documentation
