Job Summary The Manager, Consumer Insights will manage all aspects of research projects to help enable and execute on brand marketing strategies through the use of data. The candidate will assist others translate business questions into research objectives and, in turn, into studies and learning plans. The candidate will serve as a thought leader and consultant across a wide variety of teams, spanning—among others—marketing, merchandising, and product. This role will provide consumer insight information to the brand and field marketing teams in alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of research projects, from recommending methodologies, identifying suppliers, managing design and scope of research
  • Regular engagement with brand marketing teams in order to ensure that research findings and insights are embedded in their business plans and strategies
  • Develop analyses using internal and syndicated sources to provide insights and fact-based points of view on key business and strategic priorities and initiation.
  • Gather market research and competitive intelligence through a variety of tools and resources
  • Provide expertise, coaching and training to brands on how to effectively gather quantitative data and identify relevant customer insights
  • Support leadership through ad-hoc requests
  • Partners with Innovation, Marketing, in conducting internal and external product testing
  • Independently manages all aspects of testing including recruiting, data collection/fielding and the comprehensive reporting of actionable insights
