About The Position

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Planner who can keep production moving.
This role owns the schedule, materials, and flow of work through the shop.

Requirements

• Manufacturing planning or scheduling experience
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Good math and data skills (Excel required)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple jobs at once
• High accountability — you own the schedule

Nice To Haves

• Sign manufacturing, metals, or fabrication experience
• ERP experience (JobBOSS or similar)

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily/weekly production schedules
• Release jobs and create work orders
• Coordinate materials, purchasing, and inventory
• Track job progress and adjust schedules in real time
• Work closely with production, sales, and shipping
• Keep ERP (JobBOSS or similar) accurate and up to date
