About The Position

As a Marketing & Communications Assistant, you’ll play a vital administrative role in ensuring the seamless execution of events, projects, and internal initiatives. Based in our St. Louis corporate office, you’ll support the department by managing invoices, coordinating shipping for conferences and events, and acting as the main point of contact for vendor onboarding and contract processing. You’ll help maintain our digital photo library, assist in preparing departmental KPI reports, and ensure timely content updates across internal platforms such as SNAP and onsite displays. You'll also contribute to promotional giveaway initiatives and support budget reviews, giving you broad exposure across the department’s functions. Requirements

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO.
  • All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and responsive to changing priorities in a collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a comparable field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Image Now and Cvent software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable receiving direction from multiple individuals
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and technology assets against unauthorized disclosure, destruction and/or alteration, in accordance with Safety National policies, standards, and procedures.
