About The Position

Virginia Green is seeking a data‑driven, highly organized, and customer‑obsessed Marketing Insights & Operations Associate. This entry‑level role is perfect for someone with fewer than two years of professional experience who is curious, adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to support a lean, fast‑moving marketing team. We are scaling and this position has ample room for growth. This position has two core functions: 1. Give our customers a voice through research and persona development. 2. In this part of the role, you will: Develop data‑backed customer personas using first‑party CRM data, third‑party geographic/property insights, behavioral data, reviews, and competitive intel. Gather qualitative feedback from branch managers, sales, and customer service teams to deepen persona accuracy. Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations that influence marketing strategy, messaging, seasonal timing, and featured services. Marketing Operations Responsibilities: Support the operational backbone that keeps our marketing team aligned and effective. You will: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and recurring marketing performance reporting. Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to maintain and optimize the marketing calendar. Own and manage recurring internal and external marketing meetings, ensuring clear agendas, follow‑ups, and progress tracking. Lead our marketing work management process, helping the team apply agile principles and improve day‑to‑day productivity. Identify opportunities where technology and AI can streamline workflows and help scale operations without adding headcount. Additional Responsibilities: Support the Brand & Customer Growth Manager with organic and boosted social content for both external audiences and internal teams.
