About The Position

At Attention Arc, we exist to make media matter. As part of our Technology & Analytics team, the Builders and Translators, you shape how raw media data becomes clarity, action, and measurable growth. In our 1,000-piece puzzle, this team architects the systems and insights that unify performance across channels—ensuring every impression has intention and every dollar works smarter. The Media Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex media data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualization. This role blends technical depth with strategic thinking—partnering across Planning, Activation, and Account teams to illuminate performance, uncover opportunity, and sharpen media impact. You won’t just report results; you’ll help define what they mean and what we do next.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in media analytics, advertising analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data transformation, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience working within Snowflake data warehouse environments
  • Experience building dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of media KPIs across paid media channels (impressions, CTR, CPA, ROAS, reach/frequency, etc.)
  • Ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights and clear business recommendations
  • Experience working with large, multi-source datasets (platform APIs, CRM data, web analytics, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple clients and priorities
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and build interactive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate media performance metrics
  • Translate large, multi-channel datasets into intuitive, actionable reporting frameworks
  • Distill campaign performance into clear insights that drive optimization and strategic shifts
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
  • Leverage the Snowflake data warehouse platform for scalable, efficient data analysis
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability across reporting pipelines and dashboards
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers across audience segments and media channels
  • Conduct analytical deep-dives on campaign performance, audience behavior, and media effectiveness
  • Evaluate full-funnel performance across the ARC model (Attract, Resonate, Convert) to uncover optimization opportunities
  • Translate data findings into clear, data-driven recommendations that influence media strategy
  • Collaborate with Media Planning and Buying teams to inform strategy with data-driven recommendations
  • Partner with Account teams to support client conversations with clear, confident analytics narratives
  • Contribute to best practices for data governance, documentation, and analytics processes
