Occupational Therapist (OT) and Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Degree from an accredited therapy program
- BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is great but not required
- Just graduating or moving from out of state? You are also welcome to apply!
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
- Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs (OT only).
- Instruct and counsel patients and families.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.

- Caseload-based pay with flexible scheduling.
- Full-time is 20 weekly visits (30 minutes each) with no cap; per-visits rates vary by experience, skills, and tenure.
- OT Annual Income: $75,000 - $110,000+ (based on average full-time caseload volumes)
- OTA Annual Income: $42,000 - $70,000+ (based on average full-time caseload volumes)
