About The Position

Full-time rehabilitation clinician position working Monday through Friday, 8:00a–4:30p, 40 hours per week with weekend rotation required. Role is based in a 118-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-stay rehabilitation, long-term care, and rehab-to-home services. The facility features a large, well-equipped therapy gym including an ADL kitchen, outdoor patio, treadmill, stationary bikes, standing frame, and parallel bars. Focus is on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to support patient recovery and functional independence.

Requirements

• Active professional license required in the state of practice (discipline-specific)
• Experience in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
• Strong knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation and functional mobility training required
• Ability to manage caseload independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• All credentials must be active and in good standing at time of hire
