About The Position
Full-time Occupational Therapist position working Monday through Friday, 8:00a–4:30p, totaling 35 hours per week. No weekend rotation required. Role is part of a new rehabilitation team startup within an Assisted Living and Independent Living community with a strong local reputation. Therapist will help build both PRN and full-time rehab services. Documentation is completed through Net Health (electronic documentation system).
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist eligible to work full-time
- Candidates must meet all state licensure requirements and maintain active credentials in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in assisted living, independent living, or geriatric rehabilitation preferred
- Strong ability to work independently and contribute to building a new rehab program required
